To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and respect the time of all our clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or failure to attend will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
Please note that a credit card will be held on record to secure your appointment. However, no charges will be made to your card unless a cancellation fee is applicable. Should a fee be necessary, you will be informed before any charges are processed.

At Auréa Studios, we are committed to ensuring our clients are completely satisfied with their hair service. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we provide a complimentary 14-day adjustment period. If you are not fully satisfied with your color or haircut, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment, and we will gladly arrange a fix-up at no additional cost.
If you decide to change the style or color from what was initially agreed upon, we will be happy to accommodate your new request. Please note that additional charges will apply for any new services.

At Auréa Studios, we take care to protect your clothing by providing a gown, cape, and towel during your appointment. While we make every effort to avoid any spills or leaks, we recommend that you wear clothing that is not expensive or valuable, as Auréa Studios cannot be held responsible for any potential damage to your attire.

Please be aware that a 1.9% surcharge fee will be applied to the total amount of your service when paying with a credit or debit card. This fee is charged by our payment processing provider and is not a charge imposed by Auréa Studios.
